First cut your macrame rope into 25 pieces that are each three feet long. Then cut the string for your tassels. Find a book or piece of cardboard that is the length of the tassels that you want and wrap the string around 12 times. Once that’s done, cut one of the ends, and do that to make 25 of them.

To make each tassel, take one of the pieces of strings and tie a knot in the middle of the bunched strings.

Set those aside and next we’ll move onto the macrame rope. Take the macrame rope that you cut and tie each piece onto your wood. Each piece should be about a half of an inch from each other.

Then slide the gold tubes onto each string. Tie a knot at the bottom of each string once the tube is on.

Now we will tie the tassels on. Take the tassel and split it in half. Place the knot at the end of the macrame string through it and pull the rest of the strings over it.

Then take a string and tie it around the top with a double knot.

Next, hang your wood stick and place tape on a wall behind it in the shape that you want it to be. From there you can shorten or lengthen each string to where you want it.

Once you have it where you want it, you can glue the knots to the wood so that they stay in place and then cut off the excess string. After that, move to the bottom and cut the tassels to the design that you want them.

Good job! Your now ready to hang it wherever you like!
